The proposal is only bookable last minute. The only prerequisite is that you are a guest in our restaurant and that we have free rooms available. Wine cellar

with a lot of passion we have composed a special selection of superior wines and liquors. The soul of their origin and the character of the respective winemaker shape on a common theme. The focus is on the Bündner origin and on the vineyards of the family Schmidheiny. In Addition we present you matured raritys from the Bordelais – which is an importent point of the Walerhof history.
